Center Director Edmund Phelps was named as one of China's 40 most influential foreign experts by China's State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs (SAFEA) on the 40th anniversary China's period of "reform and opening up." The list was presented by Lu Ming of the Ministry of Science and Technology in Shenzhen during the Global Intelligence Forum on April 14th, 2018. Click here to read more (in Chinese).
